According to the public relations report of University of Mazandaran, the first meeting of University of Mazandaran Science and Technology Campus Council was held on Saturday, January 17, 2023 in the university president's office. According to this report, following the joint agreement between University of Mazandaran and Mazandaran Science and Technology Park, the first session of the Council of the Science and Technology Campus in order to realize the ideals and goals of the vision of the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2025 and achieve the upstream goals and policies related to the development of the science and technology ecosystem and The innovation of the province, especially achieving the axes of the motto of 2022, was held. In the continuation of the meeting, the members of the council welcomed the establishment of Science and Technology Campus of University of Mazandaran and expressed their hope that this important event can provide a suitable platform for the employment of students and technologists. The first meeting of the strategic and policy-making council of the campus, which was attended by Dr. Alinezhad, President of University of Mazandaran, Dr. Razavi, Director of the Mazandaran Industry, Mining and Trade Organization, Dr. Ghasemi, Vice-President for research and technology of University of Mazandaran, Dr. Hosseini, Director of the Joint Science and Technology Campus, and Dr. Niknezhad, Director for the Growth Center of University and Dr. Farhadi, Deputy of Technology of Mazandaran Park, it was decided to prepare the campus community plan, policy and monitor the acceptance and establishment of units located in the joint campus, supervision for the integrated management of the joint campus, follow-up of the implementation stages of the physical and software development of joint activities and pay attention to policy making and supervision of physical development. It is reminded: at the end of the meeting, the verdicts of each member of the science and technology campus were awarded to the members of the campus by Dr. Alinezhad, the President of University of Mazandaran.
