UMZ faculty member holds online classes at the Department of English and American Studies Of the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, Slovakia
According to OISC, Dr. Fatemeh Khonamri, a faculty member of the Department of English Language and Literature will teach online courses in the upcoming semester at the Department of English and American Studies of the Faculty of Arts, University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, Slovakia.
It should be noted that this cooperation is the result of Dr. Khonamri"s successful activities in teaching as an online visiting professor in the ongoing semester at the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra.
Assistant Professor Khonamri’s cooperation was initiated through the efforts of the vice-rector of the University of Constantine the Philosopher, Dr. Martina Pavlikova. Professor Pavlikova hopes that this can pave the way for more fruitful academic collaboration between the two universities. She further commented that professor F. Khonamri’s participation in Professor Zdenka Gadušová’s 3rd year English class triggered the idea of extending a formal invitation to her to take over the teaching of two classes for the Fall 2021 Semester.
Dr. F. Khonamri commented on this international cooperation opportunity:
"We have highly efficient teachers at our university, and I am pretty confident that academic cooperation, especially through holding online courses and programs, is perfectly and easily possible. Moreover, I am sure that it is going to be an amazing experience, and I do hope that there can be more cooperation between different UMZ and UKF faculties and departments in various fields and subjects."
